The 2024 symposium will promote conversations about children’s spirituality and explore how the research and practices of participants contribute to new understandings and ways of nurturing the spirit of the child. The symposium will consist of a series of scholarly and practical conversations. Paper presenters will share their research through papers that will be posted online ahead of time and short (15-20 minute maximum) live presentations, accompanied by group discussion. Workshops (60-75 minute maximum) will be interactive stand-alone sessions. Papers and sessions will be in English. The event will begin Tuesday morning and conclude with lunch on Thursday. Optional Liverpool tours/activities will be offered Monday and Thursday afternoons (for a separate fee).
