Ngar-sze (Elsa) Lau

Ngar-sze (Elsa) Lau (PhD) had served as a secondary school teacher and coordinator of Ethics and Religious Studies. She is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Since 2007, Dr. Lau has been conducting teaching and research programs on mindfulness, wellness, and positive education for undergraduates, pre-service teachers, and in-service teachers, and has helped organize several related seminars and teacher professional training.

Her teaching and research areas include values education, teacher ethics, mindfulness education, etc. His research interests include transnational meditation, religious education, spiritual health, values education, mindfulness education, moral and ethical education, inclusive education. She regularly publishes papers in international academic journals and academic presses, and assists in the review of papers in international academic journals including Mindfulness, Religions, and the International Journal of Children's Spirituality.
